Recently, Vice Chairman Tran Thi Thu Ha signeda Decision approving for Binh Dinh Salt and Food Joint Stock Company to carryout a project of processing and studying to improve technology, productionequipment of clean salt and refined salt for pharmaceutical sector and otherindustries in Binh Dinh province.
The site for constructing the production model is Di Gi lagoon of Phu Cat and Phu My districts and for constructing the refined salt plant is at the company location in Trung Xuan village, My Chanh commune, Phu My district.
The project will research the processing technology and equipment for the production of clean salt and refined salt to be used pharmaceutical sector and other industries. A refined salt manufacture plant with capacity of 2.5-3 tonnes/hour will be built. The project will also establish a link between the enterprise and salt makers in applying and transferring the advances and techniques used in the production and management, market development toward sustainable development. The project has total capital of VND 110 billion and will be implemented from 2015 to 2018.
