The People’s Committee of Binh Dinh Province has just published an official dispatch allowing the Electricity Construction Consultancy Company No. 4 - the Vietnam Electricity Corporation to conduct the survey and planning of the coal burning thermoelectric center project with the capacity of 2,400 - 5,000 Megawatts at Cat Khanh Industrial Cluster, Phu Cat District. Once the project is approved, the provincial People’s Committee will consider to select an investor for the project.
