On the morning of07/8/2015, leaders of Binh Dinh PPC had a meeting with the visiting team of BinhDuong PPC to discuss the implementation of economic cooperation and developmentbetween the two provinces.

At the meeting, Mr. Ho Quoc Dung, Chairmanof Binh Dinh PPC and Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, Chairman of Management Board cum CEOof Becamex IDC Corporation signed an MOU regarding implementation of the Industrial- Urban - Trade and Services Complex Area in Binh Dinh. Accordingly, it isagreed that:
Binh Dinh PPC and the Investment andIndustrial Development Corporation (Becamex IDC) will choose 2,370 ha(including Canh Vinh Industrial cluster) in Canh Vinh Commune, Van Canhdistrict, Binh Dinh Province to build an Industrial - Urban - Trade andServices Complex Area in Binh Dinh province. This landf lot is divided into 02areas:
- Zone A: covers approximately 1,361 ha, withboundaries as follows: borders the planted forest in the north, North – Southrailway in the south, a branch of Ha Thanh River in the east, the planted forestin the west;
- Zone B: covers approximately 1,009 ha,with boundaries: borders Ha Thanh River in the north, the planted forest in the south, a branch of Ha Thanh River inthe east, the planted forest in thewest;;
Becamex IDC will cooperate with relevantagencies and localities to continue to explore and study the planning so that theproject implementation can be kicked off in the nearest future.
Binh Dinh province government is committedto provide the best policies considering projects the investor has conducted inVietnam. Also, Binh Dinh will speed up the construction of completeinfrastructure system to enhance the link the Industrial - Urban - Trade andServices Complex Area in Binh Dinh.
