On 07/5/2015, Binh Dinhprovincial People’s Committee passed approval for the International Agricultural Products Export Import Trading Co., Ltdlocated in Ho Chi Minh city to proceed with the procedures of constructing a Tradeand Apartment building.
Sai Gon - Phu Gia Trade Centre perspective
The project location is on Le Duan street, Quy Nhon city withan area of 1 hectare. The land lot faces three roads of Le Duan, Vu Bao andNguyen Tu.
Previously, the land lot was assigned for Sai Gon - Phu GiaInvestment Joint Stock Company to carry out the project ‘Saigon Phu Gia OfficeBuilding - Service - Trade Centre’. The project was granted investmentcertificate in 2010. The project construction consists of two towers: Office -Service - Trade - Finance and Banking Centre tower, including basement, ground floor,mezzanine floor, 23 floors and a roof. Total floor area: 31,302.0 m2 (not including the basement, thetechnical floor and the open space); Office - Service - Trade Centre Tower,including the foundation composed of 2 basements and 3 floors. Above are one 15-floors tower block and one 22-floors tower block. Total floor area: 53,471.0 m2 (not including the basement, the technicalfloor and the open space). The project certificate was withdrawn because theinvestor does not implement it in the regulated time frame.
