On the afternoon of 25/01/215, Viet Uc BinhDinh Joint Stock Company (member of Viet Uc group celebrated 10 years of establishment in BinhDinh at its location in Xuan Thanh Nam village, My An commune, Phu My district.The event was participated by Madam Tran Thi Thu Ha, Deputy Chairwoman of BinhDinh provincial People’s Committee, representatives of Department, sectorsinside and outside Binh Dinh province and customers of the company.
Mr Luong Van Thanh, Executive Manager of thecompany had a brief talk of 10 years operation of the company Viet Uc Binh DinhJoint Stock Company. He stressed that since its establishment, the whole staffof the company have always determined to become the best quality supplier ofshrimp seeds, contributing to success and sustainable development ofaquaculture in Vietnam. So far, the production of Viet Uc group has accounted20% of the market share of white leg seed shrimp
Initially, on 25/01/2005 Viet Uc Binh DinhCompany Ltd. was established with the objectives of ‘producing shrimp seeds tosupply for the domestic market, providing production services and consumptionof shrimp seeds and services related to parent shrimps”. Total capital of theproject was USD 550,000.
The company re-registered and was grantedinvestment license on 13/07/2007. Accordingly, the corporate charter capitaland investment capital of the project ‘productionof high quality shrimp seed’ is increased to USD 1.5 million. On10/01/2014, the company changed form of operation and its name into ‘Viet UcBinh Dinh Joint Stock Company’
Since its establishment, the company hasalways followed regulations and laws in Vietnam, made effective investment,generated jobs with good income for local people and made considerablecontribution to the governmental budget. In 2014, the company was grantedawarding certificate by Binh Dinh Tax Agency for paying enough, timely and goodtax. At present, the company is proceeding with necessary works for high-techcommercial shrimp production project.
At the celebration, Madam Tran Thi Thu Haacknowledged the success and contributions of the company and on behalf of thePPC, she presented the PPC’s awarding certificate to Mr Luong Thanh Van,Chairman of Viet Uc group.
