Planning allocated land plots in Quy Nhon City

On 30/12/2008, the provincial People’s Committee released a dispatch on planning the allocated land plots in Quy Nhon City.

 

Accordingly, the old apartment building in Tran Binh Trong street will be planned to build a high-grade trading apartment building; the revoked land plots from Tien Dat Co., Ltd, Constrexim JSC will be planned to build Ngo May Primary School ( School branch No. 02), park and public projects serving the community; the remaining area will be developed the resettlement project for households in Tran Binh Trong old building and the housing project for low-income people.
