On 11/7/2014, an approval letter was issued for TanPhat Mineral and Trade Company Limited to implement procedures of constructing Hoi Van hot springhealthcare service and resort in Hoi Van village, Cat Hiep commune, Phu Catdistrict.

Accordingly, Tan Phat Minerals and Trade Company Limitedis requested to complete the 1/500 detailed plan of the project and send it tothe competent authority for appraisal and to obtain Provincial People’sCommittee within 12 months since this approval issuance.
Based on the project’sdossier, Hoi Van hot spring healthcare service and resort project is comprisedof camping area, amusement area, healthcare area, mineral water spa bath, bud bath, foot therapy, massage…; resort;hotels, rest houses, hotels, villas. The project objective is to provide aresting and amusement area in harmony with the existing natural environment,and to provide high quality health care services for people in Binh Dinh,travellers from the Central coast and Highlands region and the whole nation. Theproject has total capital of 100 billion and expects to carry out constructionwithin 02 years.
