In the third quarter 2013, total amount of the actual disbursement of the ODA projects in Binh Dinh province achieves VND 230.18 billion, reaching 78% compared with the plan (VND 296.56 billion), of which ODA is VND 205.2 billion (75% of the plan), the contributing capital VND 24.98 billion (reaching 100.3% of the plan).

The programs and projects with good disbursement progress include the specialized credit program JICA VI SPL (at 178%), Water Supply and Sanitation Project in Binh Dinh province (95 %), Rural Transport Project 3 - WB3 (100%), Vietnam Avian and Human Influenza Control and Preparedness Project - VAHIP (at 127%) ...

Up to the first 9 months of 2013, cumulated disbursement of 20 programs and projects has gained VND 503.83 billion, of which VND 430.49 billion of ODA capital and VND 73.34 billion counterpart fund have been disbursed.

Currently, there are 20 provinces of Binh Dinh ODA programs and projects in the province, with total capital of USD 251.11 million (equivalent to VND 5,273.45 billion), including USD 201.68 million is from ODA source (equivalent to VND 4,235.29 billion), 49.43 million (equivalent to 1038.16 billion) from counterpart source. ODA has become an integral source for strengthening the irrigation, rural transport infrastructure, water supply, health care, education, poverty reduction...., which has actively contributed to the implementation of priority objectives in the socio-economic development plan of the province.
