Lao Consulate General in Da Nang warmly received by PPC Vice Chairman

At the meeting, the Vice Chairman Ho Quoc Dung briefed the outcomes of partnership between Binh Dinh and 04 Southern provinces of Laos, namely Champasak, Attapeu, Sekong and Salavan. During 2012 and 2013, Binh Dinh had honour to welcome Laos Prime Minister and the Deputy Prime Minister. He acknowledged the importance of Binh Dinh as the shortest and the most convenient gateway to Sounthern Laos, Northeast Campodia and Thailand via Quy Nhon international seaport, the National Highway 19 and 14.

Mr Ho Quoc Dung hoped that during his term, Mr Phommaseng Khamsence would promote strong relationship between Vietnam  and Laos in general, between Binh Dinh province and  Southern Laos in particular.

Mr Phommaseng Khamsence said this is his first visit to Binh Dinh. He made commitment to promote cooperative relation between the two countries in general and between Binh Dinh and  Southern Laos in particular toward two-way investment cooperation, and to encourage more Lao enterprises to invest in Vietnam
