According to this MOU, Minh Du Poultry StockCo., Ltd. will provide breeding eggs andchicken, documents and technical guidance on hatching, looking after breeds anaccordance with the quality standards of Minh Du Poultry Stock Co., Ltd. sothat Soukchalon Co., Ltd. can implement it in Champasak province. Two parties are studying to establish a centre producingchicken breeds and breeding new species in Champasak province. In addition, Binh Dinh Austfeed Co., Ltd. will considertechnology transfer, investment cooperation and construction of animal feedfactory with Soukchalon Co., Ltd.
