Recently,the Provincial People's Committee has approved in writing for the ConstructionJoint Stock Company 47 to carry out the procedures for constructing a light-weightedconcrete brick factory in Phuoc Thanh commune, Tuy Phuoc district.
Recently,the Provincial People's Committee has approved in writing for the ConstructionJoint Stock Company 47 to carry out the procedures for constructing a light-weightedconcrete brick factory in Phuoc Thanh commune, Tuy Phuoc district.
Thefactory will use sand from Canh Vinh commune, Van Canh district as the mainmaterial. The project will be suitable with the planning for constructionmaterial development in the province, contributing to the diversification of construction material production and creatingmore jobs for local people.
The factoryis to be built on an area of 30,426 m2 with the estimated total investment ofnearly VND 82 billion and the capacity of 100,000 m3 per year. The company is completing all the procedures needed toput the project into operation.
