The project of clean salt production model will be implemented in Phu My district

The People's Committee of Binh Dinh Provinceissued a letter on 29^th August 2012 approving for Binh Dinh SaltCompany Ltd. to invest in a clean salt production model in PhuMy district.

 

The People's Committee of Binh Dinh Provinceissued a letter on 29^th August 2012 approving for Binh Dinh SaltCompany Ltd. to invest in a clean salt production model in PhuMy district.

The project aims to build a newmodel of salt production using special plastic canvas on salt field of XuanBinh Nam,My Thanh commune, Phu My district. After the production process operates well,the procedures will be transferred for salt makers. It is expected to boost thedevelopment of salt production and processing in Binh Dinh.

The project will be implemented on an areaof ​​47,434 m2, expected to produce 600 tons of clean salt every year and ithas a total investment of over VND 4.5 billion.

In addition, the company plans to buy cleansalt produced on the expanded area of the project, especially in Phu My and PhuCat district. The purchased output is estimated to be around 5,000 tons peryear.
