On 23 July 2012, Binh Dinh ProvincialPeople’s Committee granted Investment Certificate for Tay Son Vinatex Supermarketproject of Vietnam Textile Fashion Limited Company.
The supermarket is to be built on more than6,704 m2, at the Intersection of Highway 19, Phu Phong Town, Tay Son district with a capital ofnearly VND 29 billion. It isdesigned in accordance with the Concept of Vinatex Mart System to ensure itstrademark and image. The supermarket will have two floors; the ground floorwill be of trading, technical and processing area and storehouses…. The firstfloor will be of trading area and offices with escalators, elevators and stairsof advanced design technology. With 25,000 – 30,000 good items including textiles,processed food, household goods, souvenirs…, thesupermarket system aims at promoting Vinatex Mart’s trademark in large cities throughout the country. VINATEXTay Son Supermarket will officially go intooperation in the third quarter of 2012.
As of the end of 2011, Vinatex Mart systemhad 56 outlets including supermarkets, fashion centres and mini supermarketsoperating nationwide.
