This is one of the latest items of the new Draft decree, instead of the former Decree on organizing and introducing jobs, just submitted to the Government by the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affair. Under the Draft decree, besides business licences granted by the local Department of Planning and Investment, enterprises offering the services are obligated to have operation permits licenced by the local Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affair too.
The adjustment aims to remove barriers on registrating operation of employment services for all forms of businesses, meeting Viet Nam's Economic Open-door Policy and enhancing a more open, business friendly investment climate.
