Binh Dinh Department of Planning and Investment start using the public email system

In implementationof Decision No.55/2011/QD-UBND December 30, 2011 of the Provincial People’sCommittee (PPC) regarding issuing regulations on the management and use of electronicmail systems in the operation of public services in Binh Dinh. The Department of Planning andInvestment has announced the use of electronic mail system to send and receivedocuments of the Department as follows:

 

In implementationof Decision No.55/2011/QD-UBND December 30, 2011 of the Provincial People’sCommittee (PPC) regarding issuing regulations on the management and use of electronicmail systems in the operation of public services in Binh Dinh. The Department of Planning andInvestment has announced the use of electronic mail system to send and receivedocuments of the Department as follows:

1. Effective period: from 3/15/2012

2. The type of documents sent / receivedvia e-mail system : Exceptfor confidential documents, the following types of documents must be sent, orreceived via the official e-mail system of Binh Dinh province:   

- Lettersof invitation

-Notice;

- Activitiestimetables;

- Periodicaland unexpected reports and guidelines for implementation and the attached formsas regulated;

- Exchangedocuments between the departments and agencies (except for the documents relatedto national defense and social security in accordance with regulations ofinformation security);

-Documents for meetings (except meetings on security, national defense andsocial order and other documents in accordance with information security);

-Documents sent to the agencies for reporting or references.

3. Subjects to send /receive public e-mails:

-Officials and employees of the Department;

- TheDivisions, Boards and the Investment Promotion Centersunder the Department.
