Construction of a newresidence and the ground breaking ceremony of the Supermarket Vinatex Mart was launched on the morning of 29/02/2012 byTay Son district People’s Committee. The residence,including 500 housing lots, is constructed on an area of 20ha on Nguyen Hue street,Phu Phong town of Tay Sondistrict.

With an invested capital of VND 180 billion, the project aims to providehousing for local people, establishing public, trade and service buildings andraising the quality of life in accordance with the orientation of Phu Phongtown development into an urban area grade 4 in the near future.
The Supermarket Vinatex Mart constructed byVietnam Textile and Garment Group has three floors with an area of 6,72. 0 m2and a total capital of around VND 60 billions.
