On the morning of 04/3/2012,Kim Cuc Investment and Construction Lt Company, the owner of Vung Chua GreenUrban Area Project officially launched model houses of the high grade block inthe south of the project site.

The strength of theproject is the “green” factor and and breakthroughs in internal and externaldesign. All houses have two facades; the front yard is about 4m and the backyard 2m. The park borders each house. The accessory factors outside the houses suchas park, green trees, service area, security system… are designed and to beconstructed carefully, aiming to provide the best living space for residents.
There are many kinds ofhouses with various sizes of 105 to 312 m2 available.
