The Prime Minister haslately signed the Decision No.106/QĐ-TT approving for the project “Orientationfor attracting, managing and using ODA capital and preferential loans ofsponsors for the stage 2011-2015”. Accordingly, ODA capital and preferentialloans committed for the period is approximately USD 32-34 billion and theexpected disbursement is around USD 14-16 billion.

Accordingly, ODA capital and preferentialloans committed for the period is approximately USD 32-34 billion and theexpected disbursement is around USD 14-16 billion.
In order to achieve theplanned objectives and tasks, the socio-economic plan of 2011-2015 forecaststhe total capital demand for the period according to real cost is around USD250 - 266 billion, of which the state capital accounts for around 75-80% andforeign capital 20-25%.
The disbursement of ODAfund and preferential loans is expected to achieve USD 2.8-3.2 billion annuallyfor the period 2011-2015.
The implementation ofcommitments and disbursement will contribute to the accomplishment of the five yearplan 2011-2015. Vietnamgovernment will closely cooperate with sponsors and make the best efforts toobtain the objectives and tasks.
