The visit aims atreviewing the cooperation programmes between BinhDinh Provincesand Southern Laos provinces (Champasak, Sekong,Attapu and Salavan) and making agreements on the upcoming future’s cooperation.
The cooperation betweentwo sides has been very practical and effective for many years. Leaders of BinhDinh Province has been supportive and many assistance programmes carried outsuccessfully, especially in agriculture (providing breeds of livestock, crops,setting up agricultural extension models, training technical officers),training- education- health (assisting Vietnamese training, grantingscholarships, training medical staff).
In addition, annuallyBinh Dinh and provinces of Southern Laos havearranged a lot of mutual visits for officers to share experiences in manylevels.
