Binh Dinh People’s Committee has recently issued a letter approving the collaboration with the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) to hold the conference on “PCI 2010 and solutions to improve Binh Dinh Competitiveness Capacity in 2011’ planned to take place at the end of April 2011.
The conference aims to comprehensively review and analyze the Provincial Competitiveness Capacity (PCI) 2010 recently announced by VCCI, to share experiences of improving PCI of different cities and provinces nationwide and to develop the best solutions for enhancing PCI 2011.
