Metro Cash & Carry opens first wholesale centre in southern central region

On the morning of Oct. 13, 2010, Metro Cash & Carry Quy Nhon wholesale center has officially come into operation in Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province. Vice chairman Le Huu Loc of the provincial People's Committee also attended the event (illustrated picture).

 

On the morning of Oct. 13, 2010, Metro Cash & Carry Quy Nhon wholesale center has officially come into operation in Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province. Vice chairman Le Huu Loc of the provincial People's Committee also attended the event (illustrated picture).

Metro Cash & Carry Quy Nhon is its eleventh wholesale center in Vietnam, also its first wholesale centre in the southern central region. The German-invested wholesale chain opens its first wholesale facility in Vietnam in 2002 and the presence of Metro Cash & Carry Quy Nhon wholesale center is necessary and in time, emphasizing the long-term cooperative ties in Vietnam.

Metro Cash & Carry Quy Nhon opens daily from 06:00 AM to 09:00 PM, with around 6,000 selling square meters and over 25,000 food and non-food items, serving business customers in Binh Dinh Province and the surrounding coastal provinces. More than 400 new jobs will be created for the local community by this new Metro operation.
