Scientific conference on Mui Tan resort project

The Provincial People’s Committee (PPC) has just had a written agreement in principle to allow H.B.C Investment and Service Joint Stock Company to hold the scientific conference to assess the feasibility of Mui Tan resort - Tran Hung Dao statue project in Quy Nhon City. Simultaneously, the Departments of Science and Technology, Construction, Planning and Investment, Quy Nhon City People's Committee and relevant agencies have been assigned to contribute their opinions, collecting comments of scientists at the conference in order to make proposed reports submitted to the PPC.

 

The Provincial People’s Committee (PPC) has just had a written agreement in principle to allow H.B.C Investment and Service Joint Stock Company to hold the scientific conference to assess the feasibility of Mui Tan resort - Tran Hung Dao statue project in Quy Nhon City. Simultaneously, the Departments of Science and Technology, Construction, Planning and Investment, Quy Nhon City People's Committee and relevant agencies have been assigned to contribute their opinions, collecting comments of scientists at the conference in order to make proposed reports submitted to the PPC.

Earlier, the PPC released the official dispatch to agree on adding the project of Mui Tan - Tran Hung Dao Statue tourist route to the list of key tourism projects of Binh Dinh province in the period of 2006 - 2010 and the orientation for 2020, contributing to the tourism development of the province. The project is invested by H.B.C Investment and Service Joint Stock Company, capitalized at USD130 million.

According to the investor, the project includes Zone A, an oasis in the sea with a full range of services meeting international quality and an ashore logistics area including a car parking, a receiving area and other supporting services. A modern boat station receives and sees off visitors around Hai Giang resort, Life resort,… and especially Zone B which includes a bungalow area, a festival square area, a commemorative house, Duc Thanh Tran temple, artificial waterfall with climbing services …
