The Provincial People’s Committee has just had the dispatch to agree in principle for the investor to carry out a survey, forming the detailed plan of 1/500 scale for the projects in Quy Nhon –
The first project invested by Mr. Tran Quang Khanh, a Vietnamese overseas in the U.S. covers an area of 2.5 hectares from Km18 + 700 to Km18 + 900 on Highway 1D, including motel, refresher restaurant, souvenir shop and tourism services.
The second project covering an area of 0.95 hectares at Km19, Highway 1D, invested by Ngoc Dieu Private Enterprise is expected to form a complex of restaurant, coffee bar, souvenir shop and entertainment services.
