On Accordingly, the agreement to carry out the plan of reorganization and renovation of 100% state owned enterpirises in Binh Dinh Province under guidelines of the Prime Minister as follows: The businesses continue to implement equitization including: Lam Son Import- Export Foodstuffs Co., Ltd; Quy Nhon Mineral Water Co., Ltd; Thi Nai Port; Quy Nhon Trade Union Tourist Co., Ltd. The two companies are transferred into one-member limited ones including Binh Dinh Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Company (BIDIPHAR); General Production Investment Service Import Export Company (PISICO). In addition, Binh Dinh Water Supply Company; Binh Dinh Printing Company; Kon River Forestry Company; Ha Thanh Forestry Company, Quy Nhon Forestry Company will be transferred into one-member limited ones after The Department of Planning and Investment which is entrusted to preside over this matter will coordinate with the Department of Finance and other related agencies in order to execute the plan as regulated by the Government and propose the transfer of Vinh Thanh General Co., Ltd; Van Canh General Co., Ltd; An Lao General Co., Ltd; Binh Dinh Salt Co., Ltd, making report to the provincial People’s Committee for submitting to the Standing Committee of Provincial Party Committee for approval.
