Finland finances miniSCADA project for four cities of Central Vietnam

The Prime Minister has just agreed to use the preferential credit package funded by Finland Government within the framework of the Agreement signed on 11 May 2003 between the Ministry of Finance (Vietnam) and BNP Paribas Bank for the project “Improving and upgrading equipments synchronizing with the miniSCADA project” in four cities of the Central Vietnam: Hue, Danang, Quy Nhon, Buon Me Thuot with the total ODA loan of USD2.277 million.

 

The Prime Minister has just agreed to use the preferential credit package funded by Finland Government within the framework of the Agreement signed on 11 May 2003 between the Ministry of Finance (Vietnam) and BNP Paribas Bank for the project “Improving and upgrading equipments synchronizing with the miniSCADA project” in four cities of the Central Vietnam: Hue, Danang, Quy Nhon, Buon Me Thuot with the total ODA loan of USD2.277 million.

Accordingly, the miniSCADA project has been financed by Finland Government since 2004 with the concessional credit of EUR 8.101 million, of which EUR 2.979 million for Danang City; EUR 1.792 million for Hue City; EUR 1.807 million for Quy Nhon City; EUR 1.524 million for Buon Me Thuot City. In addition, the project also use the corresponding capital source worth VND 30.7 billion which is for equipment installing, supervising, consultancy services, standby fund and other costs. The project aims to install the miniscada electricity network and control systems in four cities of the Central Vietnam.
