On the morning of June 6, 2022 at the Office of the Provincial People's Committee, the Standing Vice Chairman Nguyen Tuan Thanh warmly welcomed the delegation of the New Zealand Embassy in Vietnam led by Ambassador Tredene Dobson on the occasion of her visit to Binh Dinh province. The meeting was attended by leaders of the Departments of Foreign Affairs, Health, Agriculture and Rural Development, Industry and Trade, Planning and Investment.

On the afternoon of December 2, 2019, Quy Nhon University in collaboration with the authorities of Binh Dinh province celebrated the 44th National Day Anniversary of the Lao PDR (December 2, 1975 - December 2, 2019). The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Department of Foreign Affairs, the Vietnam - Laos Friendship Association, concerned departments and organizations of Binh Dinh province, Vietnamese teachers and students and foreign students and especially Laos students studying at Quy Nhon University.

On the morning of October 25, 2019, Quy Nhon University organizes the reception of 20 Laos’ students from 4 provinces of Attapu, Champasak, Sekong and Salavan to learn Vietnamese in the academic year 2019-2020. The students were enrolled under the scholarship program of development cooperation between Binh Dinh province and the southern provinces of Laos.

On the occasion of the 23rd anniversary of the establishment and development of the friendship and cooperation between Quy Nhon city and Yongsan district, from September 16, 2019 to September 19, 2019, Mayor Sung Jang Hyun organized for the delegation to pay an official visit to the leaders of Binh Dinh province and Quy Nhon city to discuss the Investment Promotion Workshop in Korea in October 2019, attending the awarding ceremony: charity houses, a kindergarten in Phuoc My commune; awarding a happy bus to Quy Nhon city; presenting medical donation; signing a memorandum of understanding between Yanggu district, Gangwon province, South Korea and Quy Nhon city; signing a memorandum of understanding on bilateral cooperation to promote economic and tourism growth between Quy Nhon city and Yongsan district; making a survey and exploring investment in a number of sectors through SEE Investment Promotion Company in Yongsan district.

At the end of April, the high-level delegation of Champasak province (Lao People's Democratic Republic) led by Mr. Bun Thoong Di-vi-xay, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Governor of Champasak province made a visit to Binh Dinh province.

Very recently, Japanese Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Vietnam, Mr. Umeda Kununi and his delegation visited Binh Dinh. The delegation was received by leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of concerned departments.

On the morning of 5th January 2018, at the Office of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee (PPC), the leaders of Binh Dinh province had a meeting with Binh Duong delegation led by leaders of Binh Duong PPC and general director of Investment and Industrial Development Corporation (Becamex IDC) in order to review 01 year of implementing the cooperation agreement of the period 2017-2021 between two provinces and the implementation of Becamex Binh Dinh Industrial - Urban - Service Complex project in Binh Dinh commune, Van Canh district, Binh Dinh province.

Recently, at the office of the provincial People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council had a meeting with the Korea-Asia Friendship Fund mission and discussed the Teacher Training Institute for teachers in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone.

On the morning of 16th August 2016, at the office of the Provincial People's Committee (PPC), Chairman Ho Quoc Dung had a friendly meeting with CJ Corporation (Korea) led by Mr. Chang Bok Sang, the President, during their visit for a survey in Binh Dinh. The meeting was attended by representatives of a number of departments and enterprises in the area.

In friendly atmosphere, on 27th July, at the office of the Provincial People’sCommittee (PPC), Chairman Ho Quoc Dung, Deputies of the PPC and President of Chairman of Japan-Vietnam Friendship Association  and leaders of relevant departments had a meeting with thevisiting delegation of the Japan-Vietnam Friendship Association in Sakai.

Inorder to reinforce the cooperative relation among the localities and updatinginformation relating to the socio-economic growth and evaluate theimplementation of the Memorandum of understanding (MOU) between Binh Dinhprovince and provinces of southern Laos in the stage 2011-2016. The high-leveldelegation of Binh Dinh led by Chairman Ho Quoc Dung is going to make a visitto Laos from 10 – 17/7/2016.

With great support of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA)and Vietnam-Japan Friendship Association in Sakai, Japan 8 months after thecommencement of the Japanese fishing gear and technology transfer project for oceantuna fishing, the fisheries sector of Binh Dinh has shown very importantimprovement.

In 5/2015, external relation andinvestment promotion activities in Binh Dinh increases, which contributes toenhancing socio-economic investment and growth in the locality.

07/01/2015, a delegation of European Union (EU)led by Mr Bryan Fornari, Deputy Head of Cooperation, had a meeting withDepartment of Planning and Investment (DPI) in order to collect information andto prepare for implementation of specific programs of EU in Vietnam. Mr HaThanh Hai, Deputy Director of DPI and representatives of several specializeddivisions had a discussion with the team.

Onthe afternoon of 05/9/2014, in Quy Nhon city, the Provincial People’s Committeecollaborated with Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam held a seminar “Meeting with oversea Vietnamese entrepreneurs from Udon Thani anddiscussion on investment opportunities in Binh DInh”

On 05/8/2014, inQuy Nhon city, Binh Dinh Fishery Joint Stock Company and Hitoshi General Office Co.Ltd (Kato Office) signed a contract of trading ocean tuna toJapanese market with the participation of Chief of the General Department-NationalPresident Office, Deputy of Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee andrepresentative of relevant sectors.

Onthe morning of 06/8/2014, at theProvincial People’s Committee Office, the PPC Chairman Le Huu Loc met with MrHitoshi Kato, Chairman of Japan-Vietnam Friendship Association in Sakaicity, President of Kato group and fisheries specialists.
