On 12.15.2015, theDepartment of Planning and Investment (DPI) of Binh Dinh Province issued new investment license for Hoa Phat packagingmanufacture plant Company Ltd. to carry out a new carton packaging plant in CatNhon industrial cluster, Phu Cat district, Binh Dinh province

The plant has total capitalof VND 12.4 billion and will cover an area of 10,000 m2. Accordingto the registered progress, the plant will go into operation in February 2016
The project aims to produce carton packagingwith capacity of 4,500 tonnes/year. When going into operation, it willmeet increasing market demand, create jobs for local people and contribute torevenues for the state budget.
