Phu My district  invites investment in 4 industrial clusters

According to the Management Board of industrial clusters and handicraft villages - four industrial clusters (ICs), namely Binh Duong, Diem Tieu, Dai Thanh and My Thanh with a total area of over 320 ha are calling for investment. The prioritized fields of investment in these ICs are processing  forestry products, granite, titanium, mechanical products; manufacture of coconut fiber, carton boxes, okal plywood, recycled PP plastic, steel rolling; packaging; construction materials, ...

Besides, Phu My district is also luring infrastructure investment in An Luong IC in My Chanh which has a planned area of 30.25ha, along the provincial road DT 632, 9km east from the centre of Phu My district. 

OVERVIEW OF INDUSTRIAL CLUSTERS

1. Binh Duong Industrial cluster:

- Address: The town of Binh Duong, Phu My district, Binh Dinh province

- Location: 14 km north of Phu My district centre, 500m east from the National Highway 1A and Binh Duong town.

- Planned area: 110 ha.

- Productive land area: 65.3 ha.

- The land area already leased: 39.2 ha.

- The rest of ​​land area to lure investment: 261,369 m2 (Area K2: 24,700; B: 20,588; A1: 41,980 C: 64,059, A3: 56,400, D: 53,642)

- Lease rate: 0.8% x 160,000 VND / m ² / year.

- Rental period: 50 years.

- Infrastructure use fee: $ 0.12 / m ² / year, free for production enterprises  for the first 03 years.

- The investment situation: 18 enterprises, including 11 enterprises in operation

2. Diem Tieu Industrial cluster:

- Address: The town of Phu My, Phu My district, Binh Dinh Province, along the National Highway 1A.

- Location: 3 km north of Phu My district centre.

- The planned area: 43.4 ha

- Production land: 32 ha

- Land area already leased: 22.4 ha

- The rest of area to lure investment: 9.6 ha

- Price for lease: on the main road: 340,000 VND/m2/year x 0.8%; along the route: 140,000 VND/m2/year x 0.8%.

- Rental period: 50 years

- The investment situation: There are 9 enterprises, of which there are 7 enterprises are in operation.

- Invested fields: fertilizer, organic rice, processing of forestry products for export and domestic consumption, processing of seafood, Tunnel bricks, centrifugal concrete production, vocational training for ICs, production of coal, packaging …. 

3. Dai Thanh Industrial Cluster:

- Address: My Hiep commune, Phu My district, Binh Dinh province

- Location: 6 km south  of Phu My district centre,  close to the National Road 1A.

- The planned area: 63.8 ha.

- Production land: 38 ha.

- The land area already ​​leased: 20.5 ha

- The rest of ​​land to lure investment: 17.5 ha.

- Lease rate: 0.8% x 160,000 đồng/m2/year

- Rental period: 50 years.

-The investment situation: 8 enterprises, including one in operation.

- Invested fields: processing of forestry products for export and domestic consumption; manufacture of unbaked bricks, compressed bamboo, Pet bottles, plastic packing for export, synthetic metals, supportive industry equipment and devices ...

4. My Thanh Hoa Hoi Industrial Cluster:

- Address: My Thanh commune, Phu My district, Binh Dinh province.

- Location: 15km east of Phu My town

- The planned area: 103 ha (planned 73ha, expansion of 30ha).

- Lease rate: 0.4% x 100,000 VND / m ² / year.

- Rental period: 50 years.

- The investment situation: 01 active company (Saigon - Quy Nhon Mining Corporation).

- Already invested field: titanium processing.

5. An Luong Industrial Cluster:

- Address: My Chanh commune, Phu My district, Binh Dinh province.

- Location: Located on the provincial road DT 632, 9km east of Phu My district centre

- The planned area: 30.25 ha, of which:

- Industrial production: 19.44 ha.

- Plants: 3.19 ha.

- Infrastructure: 7.35 ha.

- Industrial clusters are divided into 03 zones (37 lots), with modules from 5,125 m ² to 7,776 m ².
