TheDecision No.39/2011/QĐ-UBND was issued on 13/12/2011 by Binh Dinh People’sCommittee (PC) regulating policies supporting enterprises, co-operatives in thelocality to attend domestic and oversea exhibitions and fairs. The aim is tocreate favorable conditions for enterprises to introduce and promote theirproducts and brand names, to look for new markets, to boost production andexport and also to contribute to the local economic growth.

Accordingly,items and goods supported includes seafood, agro and seafood-based  products; outdoor furniture; granite products;pharmaceuticals; handicrafts; garments; footwear; leather products; mechanic,electronic and electric products and equipment and machines. The enterprisesproducing products in handicraft villages are entitled to fund support forattending one domestic exhibition and one oversea exhibition annually.

Enterprises will besupported with 50% of real expenditure, but not more than 100,000,000 VND/oneenterprise when attending overseas exhibitions and 20,000,000 VND/oneenterprise when attending domestic fairs for renting stalls or ground and costof transporting sample products.

The new policy is to replace the previous one inthe Decision No.113/2006/QĐ-UBND dated 16/10/2006, Decision No.39/2009/QĐ-UBNDdated 14/9/2009, Decision No.20/2006/QĐ-UBND dated 26/8/2010 of Binh Dinh PCand becomes valid from 23/12/2011
