Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Planning and Investment have just issued Circular No. 30/2009/TTLT-BXD-BKH which implements a pilot reform of administrative procedures for projects of new urban area, housing and industrial park.
Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Planning and Investment have just issued Circular No. 30/2009/TTLT-BXD-BKH which implements a pilot reform of administrative procedures for projects of new urban area, housing and industrial park.
According to regulations, responsible authorities will review and respond to the full, valid records within 5 working days. In case records are not fully valid, the agencies shall have guidelines written to investors. The additional records are only be done once.
Time of completing records is not included in the time for evaluation and approval of project planning which must not exceed 30 working days. Time of collecting opinions on project planning from relevant agencies is within 15 working days, in case the agencies do not answer, questions are regarded as agreed.
