Nexif Ratch Energy SE Asia Pte., Ltd is the merger of two large corporations, Nexif Energy and Ratch Group, which have exploited many renewable energy technologies, including hydropower, wind, solar energy and battery energy storage. The corporation is aiming at becoming one of the leading independent clean energy developers in the Asia-Pacific region. In Vietnam, Nexif Ratch Energy Group has implemented 3 wind power projects in Ben Tre province and Minh Luong Hydropower Plant project with a capacity of 30 MW in Lao Cai province.
At the meeting, Mr. Cyril Dissescou thanked the sincere and thoughtful welcome of the leaders of Binh Dinh province. He said that Binh Dinh had a favorable geographical location and the local government encouraged industrial economic development with improved infrastructure and highly skilled workforce. The rapid expansion of industrial parks and industrial clusters in the province would rapidly increase the demand for electricity, especially the demand for electricity produced from renewable energy... That was why his corporation believed that Binh Dinh would be a place for renewable energy developers such as Nexif Ratch Energy to expand their business.
Mr. Cyril Dissescou revealed that the Nexif Ratch Binh Dinh Wind Power Plant Project was researched to operate in Canh Lien commune, Van Canh district with a capacity of 150 MW, survey area of 1,323 hectares, the average wind speed at the height of 100m was 6.69 m/s, the estimated power output is 433,500 MWh/year with a total investment of about 5,500 billion VND. The group plans to install a 120m high wind measuring tower in the project's survey area to study the area's energy potential for at least 12 months. To successfully implement this project, Mr. Cyril Disesscou required that the leaders of Binh Dinh province would direct the local agencies and departments to continue to guide and support the corporation in implementing the necessary procedures in accordance with regulations.

Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung asserted that Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee had approved of allowing the investor to survey and install wind measuring columns to research investment in wind power projects in the locality.
Mr Ho Quoc Dung hoped that, in addition to energy field, Nexif Ratch Energy Group would consider researching investment in other fields consistent with its strengths and orientations, and also making connections with and inviting potential Singapore businesses to Binh Dinh. Mr Ho Quoc Dung pledged to always create the best conditions and support businesses in surveying and investing in Binh Dinh.
Speaking at the meeting, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested Nexif Company to carry out the documents and procedures to install the wind measuring columns in compliance with the regulations. The Department of Industry and Trade was assigned to coordinate with relevant departments and sectors and localities to guide the investor in implementing procedures.

On the afternoon of March 29, 2024, at the Investment Promotion Conference, Mr. Cyril Dissescou - CEO of Nexif Ratch Energy Group shared his opinions on the business investment environment. in Viet Nam and orientations for developing wind power projects in Binh Dinh province. The corporation received an MOU to establish a cooperative relationship and support in research, survey, and exploration of investment opportunities in Binh Dinh province for the Nexif Ratch Wind Power Plant Project in Binh Dinh with an expected value of about 5,500 billion VND./.
