Inviting investment in the construction and trade of technical infrastructure of Truong Son industrial cluster in Hoai Nhon township

Recently, on the basis of the approval of the Provincial People's Committee, Hoai Nhon township People's Committee has issued a Notice of accepting registration dossiers for the implementation of the construction and trade project of technical infrastructure of Tuong Son Industrial Cluster, Hoai Son Commune, Hoai Nhon township.

Accordingly, Tuong Son Industrial Cluster covers an area of about 19.9 hectares, the total investment of the project is 120.4 billion VND. Currently, it has attracted 5 enterprises to make investment after investment policy approvals and 3 enterprises are leasing land for production activities.

The investment in the construction and trade of technical infrastructure of Tuong Son Industrial Cluster aims to attract investment from small and medium enterprises, cooperatives, and production establishments, create land funds to relocate enterprises, cooperatives, and production facilities that are currently polluting the environment or are at risk of polluting the environment, located in residential areas in the town, to be removed to Tuong Son Industrial Cluster. The purposes are to create jobs for workers and stable income, provide vocational training to improve people's living standards, increase budget revenue, and contribute to promoting local economic development.

Deadline for submitting project registration documents: From January 2, 2025 to January 17, 2025 (Morning from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., afternoon from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday every week).
