Granting investment approval for a new factory producing metals structure and and interior furniture

On December 5, 2024, Binh Dinh provincial people's committee approved the investment policy and the investor for Thien Phu General Trading and Construction limited company to implement the project for a factory producing metals structure and and interior furniture at Lot A1-2 of Ngoc Son - Hoai Thanh Tay industrial cluster, Hoai Nhon town, Binh Dinh province.

Project perspective

The project shall cover an area of 8,499m2, the total capital of 9,989,685,000 VND. The objectives are to produce metal structures/components (metal frames for construction, doors, gates, scaffolding, formwork, metal formwork, etc.) with an output of 2,000 products/year; producing precast components from concrete and cement of 7,500m3/year; producing beds, cabinets, tables, chairs and furniture (wooden and metal beds, cabinets, tables, chairs for home, office, etc.) of 5,000 products/year.

The project implementation schedule is from the 4th quarter of 2024 to the 4th quarter of 2025, expectedly the project shall start its construction in the 3rd quarter of 2025 and the project will be completed and put into operation in the 4th quarter of 2025. The project's operating period is 50 years (from the date of the land lease decision).

The project invested in Ngoc Son - Hoai Thanh Tay Industrial Cluster, Hoai Nhon town is suitable for the industry attracting investment according to the industrial space development distribution of Binh Dinh Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050 of the Prime Minister; suitable for the industry attracting investment in industrial clusters according to the decision of the Provincial People's Committee on the establishment of Ngoc Son - Hoai Thanh Tay Industrial Cluster. When put into operation, the project will create products to meet market demand, increase the value of industrial production, contribute to solving regular jobs for local people, thereby annually contributing taxes and fees to the local budget.

Up to now, Ngoc Son - Hoai Thanh Tay industrial cluster has attracted 6 investment projects for production and business, of which 3 projects have come into operation, achieving an occupancy rate of about 86.23% of the industrial land area.
