Binh Dinh establishes Bui Thi Xuan Industrial Cluster (the expansion part)

Recently, the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province has approved the investment policy for the technical infrastructure construction and trade project of Bui Thi Xuan Industrial Cluster (the expansion part).

The Bui Thi Xuan Industrial Cluster Expansion project has an area of over 18.3 hectares, of which industrial production land is over 12.7 hectares, implemented in area 8, Bui Thi Xuan ward, Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province. The construction duration of the entire project is no more than 36 months (03 years) from the date the Investor is recognized as the Project Investor.

The project has total value of VND 85.32 billion, including the implementation cost of VND 71.82 billion and the site clearance compensation cost of VND 13.5 billion. The main items of the project include leveling the ground, construction of internal traffic systems, water supply and drainage systems; wastewater collection and treatment system, power supply system and tree plantation.

The project's objective is to attract investment from small and medium enterprises, cooperatives, and production establishments. Priorities are given for the relocation of production enterprises from Quang Trung Industrial Cluster and Nhon Binh Industrial Cluster, attracting investment capital, focusing on creating the best production conditions for enterprises, cooperatives, and production establishments, contributing to the effective implementation of state management of industry, construction, and environmental protection, preparing conditions for safe and convenient technical infrastructure, minimizing environmental pollution and boosting industry and handicraft production.

When the project comes into operation, it will generate revenue from the project's land use fee, other budget revenue sources from taxes, business activities, contributing to increasing the local industrial development index. Also, it will create jobs for local workers, and improve the living standards of local people.

In addition, the Department of Industry and Trade of Binh Dinh province has submitted a document requesting approval of the criteria for selecting investors to implement the technical infrastructure construction and trade project of Bui Thi Xuan industrial cluster (expansion part).
