The meeting was attended by Mr. Stefan Becher - Director of Siemens Energy in Berlin, Ms Kastner Eva - Director of External Relations of Siemens Energy and Mr Tran Hai Linh - Business Development Director of the Corporation in Vietnam.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Stefan Becher - Director of Siemens Energy in Berlin warmly welcome the delegation for paying the visit to Siemens Energy in Berlin. Siemens Energy is a world leading corporation in the energy field with more than 65 years of operation, currently present in 90 countries with nearly 100,000 employees; one-sixth of electric power plants globally use technology provided by Siemens. Especially Siemens' turbines are considered to be the most modern in the world. Currently, the corporation is focusing on coordinating with partners to implement the goal of greening the global energy chain, with a focus on reducing carbon emissions, storing energy and increasing energy conversion, and building a stable transmission grid. ...Mr. Stefan Becher said he had researched and acknowledged that Binh Dinh had very favorable development conditions, especially the provincial leaders were determined to attract investment projects clean energy. With the success after many years of implementing projects in Viet Nam, the corporation's leaders wished to contribute to the province's development process, especially the early implementation of the project of building a green hydrogen gas system for renewable energy and environment protection; also, they hoped to gain more support from the provincial government in the near future.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Le Kim Toan – sincerely thanked Mr. Stefan Becher - Director of Siemens Energy in Berlin, Ms. Kastner Eva - Director of External Affairs of Siemens Energy for taking time to meet the team. He expressed his great honor to visit the corporation’s plant in Berlin. Mr Le Kim Toan provided an overview of Binh Dinh province. He pointed out that Binh Dinh had a favorable geographical location with different modes of transportation. There is a national power transmission line passing through Binh Dinh and all the conditions to develop green energy. Currently, hydropower, wind power, solar power... are being invested in Binh Dinh. The orientation to 2035 and vision to 2050 is that Binh Dinh will be the renewable energy center of Viet Nam. Implementing the provincial and national master plan, Binh Dinh has planned an area with a favorable location to build a deep-water seaport combined with an industrial park and energy development, especially offshore and near shore wind power, very convenient for building a green hydrogen gas system as proposed by the corporation. Binh Dinh, with a population of 1.5 million people, has 3 universities and many colleges, with full conditions to meet human resources for the project. With the provincial master plan approved by the Government and the province's desire to develop more and more, Mr Le Kim Toan believed in the success of the cooperation between Siemens Energy and GreenTech Binh Dinh Joint Stock Company and partners in Vietnam to implement the project in the near future.
On behalf of the leaders of Binh Dinh province, Mr. Le Kim Toan respectfully invited the corporation's leaders, Mr. Stefan Becher and Ms. Kastner Eva to visit Binh Dinh and start specific projects in the province.
Continuing the program, on the afternoon of July 17, 2024, the provincial delegation visited Potsdam - North Treatment Plant, Potsdam city, Federal Republic of Germany.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Goran Arnkil - General Director of Nordic Water Products AB Company, Sweden - the technology supplier for the Plant; Mr. Bodo Zierath - Factory Representative.
At the meeting, Mr. Goran Arnkil - General Director of Nordic Water Products AB introduced the Company. Nordic Warter Products was founded in 1834, and is currently the world's leading inventor and manufacturer of water supply and wastewater treatment technology for industrial and urban areas, with representative offices in 8 countries with more than 50 technology suppliers. The Company coordinates with partners and the Swedish Government to provide financial solutions with preferential interest rates for wastewater treatment projects. In Viet Nam, the Company has cooperated and provided water supply and wastewater treatment technology to many industrial parks, factories and large urban areas. Mr. Goran Arnkil said that with many years of successful cooperation and investment in Viet Nam, he hoped to visit Binh Dinh soon and coordinate with partners to deploy water supply and wastewater treatment technology solutions for the province. industrial parks and urban areas in the province. He invited Binh Dinh provincial leaders to pay a visit to the company in Sweden in the near future.
The delegation visited the Potsdam - Nord wastewater treatment plant, which is one of two wastewater treatment plants in the city of Potsdam. The plant has wastewater treatment capacity serving 120,000 people in the city, meeting German wastewater discharge standards.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Le Kim Toan respectfully thanked Mr. Goran Arnkil - General Director of Nordic Water Products AB Company and the Factory leaders for taking time to welcome the delegation. Mr Le Kim Toan briefed on the characteristics and development situation of the province; he said that the province currently had 3 large urban areas and many industrial parks and clusters, of which An Nhon town and Hoai Nhon town were promoting the implementation of wastewater treatment projects. Therefore, the need for development cooperation between Nordic Water Products Company and partners in Vietnam to deploy projects to provide wastewater treatment technology in the province was very high. The Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee appreciated the plan for the Nordic Water Products Company to cooperate with Binh Dinh F1 Joint Stock Company and partners to promote industrial production and environmental treatment projects in the province.
Continuing the working program, on the afternoon of July 17, 2024, the provincial delegation visited and worked at the Postdam - North wastewater treatment plant, Postdam city, Federal Republic of Germany.

Mr Le Kim Toan respectfully invited Mr. Goran Arnkil - General Director of the Company and his colleagues to visit Binh Dinh soon to learn about investment opportunities in the province; the provincial leaders are ready to create the most favorable conditions for the company to make cooperation.
On the next working day, the delegation will hold a conference with businesses and corporations at the Federal Headquarters of the German Association for Economic Development and Global Foreign Trade (BWA). In the afternoon of the same day, the delegation visited and learned about the management model of The Drivery GmbH Company and had a meeting with the Vietnamese Ambassador to Germany.
