On the afternoon of July 19, 2024, Binh Dinh provincial delegation led by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang had a meeting with German small and medium-sized enterprises such as EFA NRW Company and Unipessoal LDA Company in Berlin, Germany.

At the meeting with EFA NRW Company, Mr. Andreas Bauer - Niermann, an analysis expert of EFA NRW Company briefed on the company: the company specializes in providing methods and calculating carbon credits for products to satisfy requirements for exporting to the German market and the common European market in the near future. Also, EFA provides advice for resource-efficient business operations in manufacture, product design, maintenance, costing, CO2 balance and value chain.

Binh Dinh PPC Vice Chairman Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang was very impressed with the tools and calculation methods presented by the company, and hoped that Mr. Andreas Bauer - Niermann and Ekkehard Wiechel would arrange to visit Binh Dinh and organize a workshop and connect with concerned agencies and units in the locality, introduce tools and calculation methods to industrial manufacturing companies to make self-evaluation to achieve carbon certificates and provide specific support in identifying and making effective use of potential resources.

At the meeting with Unipessoal LDA Company, Mr. Willi Bredow -the  Global Sales Director of Unipessoal LDA Company said that Germany had high demand for labor, especially skilled workers, nurses, labor in restaurants, hotels and supermarkets... and German language was a must. He wished to collaborate with Binh Dinh province to provide training programs in accordance with German college and vocational training programs, and students would receive valid vocational certificates to be able to work in Germany, as well as Europe.

On this occasion, Mr Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang invited him to Binh Dinh province to discuss with relevant departments, to coordinate with Quy Nhon College of Engineering and Technology and Binh Dinh Medical College in providing training based on the German training programs.
