At the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung briefed on the socio-economic development situation, potential strengths, and local cultural characteristics. He emphasized that the province has made land ready for investment in services, trade, hotels, golf courses, residential areas, urban areas, apartments, seaports, agriculture, health care, and education. Korea is one of a number of countries that the province is interested in reopening direct flights from Binh Dinh. In order to accelerate growth rate, create breakthroughs and strong changes in the investment environment, improve local competitiveness to attract domestic and foreign investors, Binh Dinh province has identified 5 pillars, specifically:
- In agriculture, forestry - fisheries, the province invites investment and construction of livestock and poultry processing factories; food processing, functional foods; seafood processing; agricultural and forestry product processing factories.
- In industry, the province invites investment and infrastructure construction of industrial parks and clusters; factories producing components, manufacturing and assembling cars; manufacturing specialized electric motors; producing electric wires and cables, electrical equipment and accessories; producing high-end fashion and footwear products; software production center; data center (Big Data); renewable energy projects (wind, solar...).
- In seaport and logistics services, the province invites investment in building a deep-water port and Phu My logistics center; Van Canh and Tuy Phuoc logistics, ICD dry port.
- In tourism, the province invites investment in building international tourism service areas such as Tan Thanh tourist area, Phu Cat district; Night Paradise Nhon Hoi entertainment area; Eo Vuot tourist area; Thi Nai Lagoon eco-tourism area; K200 luxury hotel area in Quy Nhon city; Tay Son golf course; Vinh Son experiential eco-tourism area; Vinh Thanh district eco-tourism area.
- In urban economy, the province invites investment in Nam De Gi and North De Gi Urban Area projects; urban areas east of Thi Nai Lagoon, Quy Nhon city.
Chairman Pham Anh Tuan pledged that investors would benefits from the best policies, open and transparent investment and business environment. Investors’ difficulties and problems would be solved promptly during the process of researching and implementing projects in the province.
The Korean delegation thanked the leaders of Binh Dinh province for the warm welcome and appreciated the potential and strengths of Binh Dinh province, believing that they were so important for attracting investors.

After the meeting, the Korean delegation continued to attend the Closing Ceremony, awarding trophies to athletes who ranked high in the Grand Prix of Binh Dinh 2024 of the UIM F1H2O World Championship at Thi Nai Lagoon, Quy Nhon city.
