Binh Dinh province’s delegation pays a visit to King Mongkut's Ladkrabang Institute of Technology (Thailand)

Within the framework of the activities of Binh Dinh province’s delegation to promote investment in Thailand, on the morning of February 29, 2024, the delegation led by Mr. Pham Anh Tuan, Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's visited King Mongkut's Ladkrabang Institute of Technology, Thailand, which is a leading innovation Institution.

Binh Dinh Department of Planning and Investment signs a memorandum of investment cooperation with Bangkok Assay Office Group

Ladkrabang Institute of Technology is a leading science and technology research institution in Thailand, located in Lat Krabang District, about 30 km east of Bangkok city center.

Many technologies are currently stored here, invented and applied by the Bangkok Assay Office Group in conjunction with the Institution's leading AI experts in health, e-commerce, and smart cities.

At the meeting, Bangkok Assay Office Group and experts from Ladkrabang Institute of Technology introduced 03 projects to the Binh Dinh province’s delegation: (1) Smart sales application, open interface, users can set up their own sales account on this platform; (2) Applying AI in early warning about patients’ health (cardiovascular, lung, blood pressure, etc.), technology created by body-worn equipment for patients and doctors, nurses, and family members. Through this smart system, medical staff can monitor patients’ health. Notably, using AI Application in early warning of patients' health (cardiovascular, lung, blood pressure...) is one of the contents of the memorandum of understanding that Bangkok Assay Office Group supports for Binh province to implement.

In the presence of many guests from Thailand, Malaysia, India and Binh Dinh province, Binh Dinh Department of Planning and Investment and Bangkok Assay Office Group signed an MOU to invest in 10 projects in different fields, starting to be carried out in the second quarter of 2024.

Previously, at the Conference to announce Binh Dinh Province’s master plan for the period 2021-2023, with a vision to 2050, Bangkok Assay Office Group also signed an MOU with the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Dinh to conduct a survey, research on e-waste treatment plant with an expected value of VND 2,400 billion.

At the meeting, Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan appreciated the enthusiasm and determination of the leaders of Bangkok Assay Office Group in creating new technology applications, contributing to creating a digital foundation for the society. He committed to assigning concerned agencies and enterprises in the province to study and apply the applications invented by Bangkok Assay Office Group before widely deploying them in collaboration with Ladkrabang Institute of Technology.

On this occasion, Binh Dinh province also respectfully invited the Group's leaders to Binh Dinh to attend the Formula 1 powerboat race F1H2O Grand Prix and Aquabike Grand Prix 2024 and the Investment Promotion Conference 2024 in Binh Dinh province will take place at the end of March 2024 in Quy Nhon City (Binh Dinh).

With the current potential of Bangkok Assay Office Group, at the meeting, two sides believed that numerous projects will be successfully implemented in Binh Dinh in the near future.
