Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Pham Anh Tuan presented a souvenir to Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to the UAE - Nguyen Manh Tuan
Following the program on December 7, 2023 in the UAE, the delegation of Binh Dinh province led by Mr. Pham Anh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee had a working session with the Vietnamese Embassy in the UAE at 5:00 p.m. on December 7, 2023 (UAE time). The delegation was welcomed by Ambassador Nguyen Manh Tuan, the Ambassador Plenipotentiary and Extraordinary of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam to the United Arab Emirates.. At the meeting, the provincial delegation reported to the Ambassador the activities of the first investment, trade and tourism promotion program.
At the meeting, Provincial Chairman Pham Anh Tuan briefed on Binh Dinh's development potentials, especially the work on the strategic transportation system and administrative procedure reform, which are strong points that attract many domestic and foreign investors.
The Chairman discussed with the Ambassador new agricultural projects that were attracting much attention in Binh Dinh province such as San Ha Binh Dinh Cattle and Poultry Slaughter and Food Processing Center Project with total value of VND 250 billion, the agricultural area project applying high technology for shrimp farming in My Thanh commune, Phu My district with total value of VND 1,170 billion... The province has determined to invite investment in production of essential, specialized goods, not exporting raw materials, especially in the agricultural and food sectors. These are goods that can be exported to the UAE market.
In addition, Binh Dinh province is endowed with 134km of coastline with many beautiful bays and beaches, which is fantastic for marine tourism. There are currently many modern tourist areas and resorts meeting international standards in the area. In particular, in 2024, Binh Dinh province will host the UIM F1H2O and Aquabike International Professional Powerboat Race in Quy Nhon city. With the meeting, Binh Dinh PPC Chairman hoped the Ambassador would introduce Binh Dinh province to promising businesses and investors with the investment needs which the province is inviting, and connect UAE businesses to Binh Dinh.
The Ambassador deeply appreciated the delegation's visit in and the possibility of business investment cooperation between Binh Dinh and the UAE.
