Binh Dinh plans for bids and auctions of many large projects in 2023

Currently, Binh Dinh province is conducting procedures to find investors for 30 projects through bidding and auction, including 8 bidding projects to select investors and 22 auction projects for land use right.

Specifically, for the 8 bidding projects, there are 6 projects outside the Nhon Hoi economic zone and 2 projects in the Economic Zone.

Some notable projects are in An Nhon town, namely two projects including Dong Ban Thanh 4 residential and commercial service area covering approximately 10.3 hectares in Dap Da ward and N4A residential area extending towards the North East of Zone B project 1 with width ofmore than 10.5 hectares in Nhon Hung ward.

In addition, in Dieu Tri town, Tuy Phuoc district, there is a housing project combined with urban embellishment in the southern and northern areas of Tang Bat Ho street, covering nearly 13 hectares.

The above projects aim to build synchronous and modern residential and commercial service areas with technical infrastructure, road systems, etc. They shall form inter-regional residential, service, commercial and residential areas.

In addition to housing construction projects, Binh Dinh province will conduct bidding for the nearly 40-hectare Tan Thanh tourist area project and the Night Paradise entertainment area in Nhon Hoi EZ. Those are tourist destinations, contributing to promoting the development of the province's tourism potentials.

In particular, Binh Dinh is inviting bids for an investment project in the high-tech agricultural zone for shrimp development (more than 228 hectares) in My Thanh commune, Phu My district. The project is expected to promote industrialization and modernization of the shrimp industry in particular and agriculture and rural areas in general. Also, it shall form an agricultural zone applying high technology for shrimp farming with modern production technology and infrastructure.

Along with 8 bidding projects, Binh Dinh plans to auction land use right for 22 projects (15 projects outside the economic zone and 7 projects in the economic zone).

Some notable projects in Quy Nhon City include the land to build a 5-star standard hotel, offices for rent and a commercial and service center on an area of 10,775.6 m2, which is located at land lot K200, An Duong Vuong street, Nguyen Van Cu ward; the housing and commercial service construction project in the southwest area of Long Van bridge, Tran Quang Dieu ward covering about 89,810 m2.

There is also a project to build a commercial apartment complex on Nguyen Trong Tri street, Nhon Binh ward with an area of 12,700 m2, the construction of a mixed-use apartment building at land lot No. 72B, area 7,094 m2, Tay Son street, Ghenh Rang ward...

Especially in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, there are 7 projects, of which 3 projects are in the process of making plan and adjustment; 2 projects are undergoing site clearance and 2 projects are implementing procedures to decide investment policies.

Specifically, the Eo Gio Ecotourism Site project has an area of 10.4 hectares; the Golf Academy resort villa area is nearly 20 hectares; Nhon Ly - Cat Tien Beach Tourist Area of more than 28 hectares at Point No. 2 (2-1); Nhon Ly - Cat Tien Beach Tourist Area of more than 40 hectares at Point No. 2 (2-2); Nhon Ly commune's Southwest Urban Area project is about 20.36 hectares; Residential area 5 belongs to point 3 of the land fund along the economic zone axis extending over 6 hectares and the Ky Co tourist area parking lot is 1.2 hectares wide.

From the beginning of 2023 until now, Binh Dinh has attracted 65 new projects (4 FDI projects) with a total registered capital of more than VND 14,249 billion, made adjustments for 58 projects with an increase of VND 3,770.8 billion.

The province's viewpoint is to constantly create good conditions for investors to accelerate the progress of construction, completion and operation of registered projects... Promotion is made for investment attraction in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, industrial clusters and parks, and tourist areas. During the past time, Binh Dinh has increased investment promotion in a number of key countries such as Japan, the United States, Canada, Israel... Furthermore, review and monitoring are regularly made.
