Tay Son district 

According to Tay Son District People's Committee, the district has proposed a list of 10 investment projects in 2023, including: 1 project in real estate, which is the Dong Cay Keo residential area project in Tay Xuan commune on an area of 8.8 ha; 2 projects in industry are Binh Nghi expanded industrial cluster, Binh Nghi commune (an area of 74 ha) and Go Cay industrial cluster in Binh Thanh commune (an area of 75 ha; 5 projects in tourism and commerce, including: a commercial and service area in a residential area south of National Highway 19, Phu Phong town (an area of 0.6 ha), Binh Nghi commercial service center project in Binh Nghi commune (0.7 ha), a waterfall tourist area project in Vinh An commune (50 ha), an  ecotourism and housing project in Van Phong, Tay Giang and Binh Tuong communes (70 ha), Phu Phong luxury hotel project in Phu Phong town (0.7 ha). In addition, the district recommends investment in a golf course project in Tay Phu commune (89 ha), a Vocational Education Intermediate School in Binh Nghi commune (2.4 ha).

Tay Son district has actively proposed made good preparations to meet the needs of investors and increase job creation opportunities for employees. The district also constantly improves quality, makes orientations for the socio-economic development, ensures national defense, security, and protects the environment. 

Since the beginning of the year, Tay Son district has attracted 5 new projects with total registered investment of VND 2,046.39 billion, significantly the Takao brick and tile factory project of Takao Binh Dinh Joint Stock Company in Go Cay industrial cluster, Binh Thanh commune, with a value of VND 1,920 billion and the Hydropower project downstream of Phu Phong dam of Phu Phong Hydropower Limited Company in Phu Phong Town, value of VND 98.7 billion.
