Approving the 1/500 master plan for the urban, commercial and service area west of Bau Ho

The Provincial People's Committee has approved the 1/500 scale detailed plan of the urban, commercial and service area west of Bau Ho, Hoai Huong ward, Hoai Nhon town, Binh Dinh province. Total planning area is 121,481.52 m2.

The 1/500 scale plan of the urban, commercial - service area west of Bau Ho, Hoai Huong ward, Hoai Nhon town.

The planning area is located in Hoai Huong ward, Hoai Nhon town, bordered to the north by the current residential area and rice fields, the south by the existing residential area, the east by Vo Nguyen Giap street (DT.639) and the west by the current residential area and rice fields.

The total planning area is 121,481.52 m2, of which the adjacent residential land area is 42,992.81 m2 (302 lots); land for social infrastructure works of 22,417.56 m2 (land for construction of residential houses of 945.59 m2, land for construction of preschools of 2,351.25 m2, commercial land of 8,053.61 m2,...); transport land of 50,496.15 m2; parking land of 1,443.47 m2; land for other technical infrastructure works of 4,131.53 m2.

The purpose of the planning is to concretize the master plan of Hoai Nhon urban area, Binh Dinh province to 2035 and the 1/2000 scale zoning plan of Hoai Huong - Hoai Nhon urban area. Also, it is to synchronously connect land use, technical and social infrastructure planning with the region; to implement embellishment to create space and urban landscape architecture, contributing to socio-economic development in the area.

The Department of Construction will coordinate with the People's Committee of Hoai Nhon town and relevant agencies to announce and publicize the approved planning project and put the planning landmarks in the site. The planning file shall be sent to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Department of Planning and Investment, the People's Committee of Hoai Nhon town and related agencies for archives and management in accordance with regulations.
