2. Eo Vuot 1 tourist area project: covering 14.22 ha, investment value of VND 235 billion. Possible form of investor selection: Bidding to select investors.
3. Eo Vuot 2 tourist area project: covering 17.93 ha, investment value of VND 210 billion. Possible form of investor selection: Bidding to select investors.
4. Eo Gio eco-tourism area project: covering 9.55 ha, investment value of VND 1,600 billion. Possible form of investor selection: Bidding to select investors.
5. Tan Thanh Tourist area 1 Project: covering 15.20 ha, investment value of VND 400 billion. Possible form of investor selection: Bidding to select investors.
6. Tan Thanh 2 tourist area Project: covering 32.3 ha, investment value of VND 600 billion. Possible form of investor selection: Bidding to select investors.
7. Commercial Service Area 07, Land fund along the main road of the extended economic zone: covering 2.28 ha, investment value of VND 80 billion. Expected form of investor selection: Auction of land use right.
8. Parking lot at Ky Co tourist area, covering 1.2 hectares, with an investment of VND 17 billion, the expected form of investor selection is auction of land use right.
Residential and urban projects include 3 projects: Urban area 01 in the urban area east of Thi Nai lagoon, covering 19.23 hectares, investment value of VND 1,900 billion, expected form of investor selection is auction of land use right; Urban area A1 (Converting part of the industrial park A to urban residential land) 49.00 ha (out of 230 ha), with an area of 49.00 ha, investment value of VND 5,000 billion, expected form of investor selection is auction of land use right; Villa Residential Area 04, Land fund along the main road of the extended economic zone, covering 3.22 hectares, investment value of VND 320 billion, the expected form of investor selection is auction of land use right.
The investor selection in accordance with the above forms has created positive effects, making important contributions to the process of building and developing the economic zone.
In addition to the above projects, the Center for Land Fund Development is currently submitting to the Department of Planning and Investment for appraisal of investment policies for 6 projects including: land area 72B Tay Son street, Quy Nhon city (residential land, construction land of mixed-use apartment building) 7,094 m2 wide; market construction at land area B1-62 in area B1, An Phu Thinh new urban area with an area of 3,703m2; DV1 land area (commercial service) belonging to Long Van urban area project, Quy Nhon city of 2,181 m2, DVTM-2 and DVTM-3 land belonging to HH1 and HH2 residential project in areas 1 and 9, Quy Nhon city (construction of a commercial center) with areas of 1,434 m2 and 1,263 m2 respectively; land for construction of apartment building and commercial services of 1,516 m2.
In addition to the investment policy, the Center for Land Fund Development also submits the appraisal of the investment scale, objectives, functions and preliminary requirements of the investor's financial capacity and experience to the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province so that proposals can be made for auction plans and unit prices for 11 projects assigned for the Center to be completed in 2023.
