Results of preliminary assessment of investor capacity in An Quang urban and tourist area project

On January 4, 2023, the Provincial People's Committee approved the results of preliminary assessment of the capacity and experience of investors registering to implement the An Quang urban and tourist area project, Phu Cat district, Binh Dinh province.

Accordingly, the consortium of Tuan Dung Trading Group Co., Ltd., Dong Do Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company-BQP, Hoang Thanh Trading and Technology Development Co., Ltd. are recognized as investors that meet the requirements on preliminary capacity and experience to implement An Quang urban and tourism area project, Phu Cat district.

An Quang urban and tourist area project, Phu Cat district covers an area of about 89.2 hectares with 02 sub-areas:

- Urban sub-area: An area of 485,080 m2 (48.5 ha), including land for constructing social infrastructure works, land for constructing educational facilities, green land and land traffic - technical infrastructure; it is aimed at meeting a population size of about 7,700 people.

- Tourist service sub-area: An area of 406,969 m2 (40.69ha), including land for constructing social infrastructure works, land for constructing commercial and service works, land for constructing tourist service facilities with accommodation, green land, land for transport-technical infrastructure, sandbank; it is aimed at serving about 12,600 people tourists staying in area.

The project’s total value is VND 5,228.79 billion dong. The construction of the entire project is no more than 6 years (72 months) from the effective date of the project implementation contract or the project investor is acknowledged. The project's term is 50 years (from the date the investor is granted the decision allocating land, leasing land, changing the land use purpose.

When the project comes into operation, it will be a trade service, tourism, hotel and restaurant, urban area to meet the shopping, recreation, and entertainment needs of people in Phu Cat district and surrounding areas.
