Groundbreaking ceremony of KURZ Vietnam Co., Ltd.'s factory at Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh Industrial Park

Binh Dinh - An attractive destination for German industries and software developers is the theme of this Conference. It is aimed at promoting the potentials, advantages, key investment projects and preferential policies and attracting investment of German investors and businesses in Binh Dinh province. Also it is targeted at creating a good impression of Binh Dinh province's image, people, culture, investment environment in order to attract domestic and foreign investment, expand international cooperation and attract more programs and external resources for socio-economic development of the province.

Delegates attending the Conference shall consist of representatives of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; several concerned groups and Corporations; German Ambassador to Vietnam; Consul General of Federal Republic of Germany  in Ho Chi Minh City; Chief Representative and related officers of German Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Vietnam and representatives of related organizations, associations and German enterprises (from 100 to 120 enterprises).

On the side of Binh Dinh province, there shall be leaders of Binh Dinh province; representatives of relevant departments, agencies and sectors; leaders of districts, towns and cities; universities, colleges and related enterprises in the province (50 enterprises).

The program of the Conference shall include opening remarks by the Secretary of Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee, speech of the Ambassador of Germany to Vietnam, speech of the Chief Representative of the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Vietnam, video clips providing overview and investment attraction activities of Binh Dinh province, brief speech on socio-economic development of Binh Dinh province in 2022, orientation for attracting investment and development in 2023 and the following years, visit to exhibition booths, closing remarks of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee…

In the framework of the conference program, there will be activities such as organizing an exhibition area to introduce industrial products of the province and products of German enterprises in Binh Dinh province such as furniture, modern medicine, seafood, garment, handicrafts, logistics services of enterprises in the province, handling capacity of Quy Nhon sea port, the operation of Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh Industrial Park and commercial banks in Quy Nhon city...

Besides, on the afternoon of November 20, 2022, the delegation attending the Conference will take field trips to learn about plans on infrastructure planning, functional subdivisions and investment procedures and policies... in the Industrial Parks of Nhon Hoi Economic Zone.

Currently, Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh Industrial Park, Van Canh district (belonging to Nhon Hoi Economic Zone) has attracted 01 high-tech production project with 100% investment capital of the Federal Republic of Germany, namely the high-tech emulsion and thin film manufacturing factory" of KURZ Vietnam Co., Ltd. The project aims to produce high-tech emulsions and thin films for the automotive, electronics and printing industries, etc. with a total value of USD 40 million.
