Approving the 1/500 detailed plan of the resort, health care and residential area in Hoi Van hot spring area

The Provincial People's Committee has recently approved the 1/500 detailed plan of the resort, health care and residential area in Hoi Van hot spring area, Cat Hiep commune, Phu Cat district. The total planning area is approximately 17,756ha.

The project site is in Hoi Van village, Cat Hiep commune, Phu Cat district, which belongs to the health care, rehabilitation and residential area of the 1/2000 scale subdivision planning project of the resort, health care and residential area in Hoi Van hot spring area. The total planning area is 17,756 ha, of which sub-zone 1 covers an area of 6,854 ha and sub-zone 2 of 10,902 ha.

Land use planning includes: Land for rehabilitation and health of 68,714m2; land for construction of residential areas 108,848.7m2 (land for construction of villas, land for construction of row houses).

Regarding planning - architecture criteria: Building a 5-storey hotel, a 2-floor health care center, 72 detached villas of 3 floors, 156 duplex villas of 3 floors, 143 row houses of 3 floors and a kindergarten of 3 floors.

Accordingly, Onsen Hoi Van Limited Company is the project owner and the total value of the project is who nearly 727 billion dong. The construction shall be completed and put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2026.

When the project comes into operation, it will be a high-class resort, health care and residential area, contributing to Binh Dinh tourism development and meeting the housing needs for about 1,500 people and the needs of about 500 tourists.
