An automobile showroom

The centre shall be built at Lot CC1.01, Nhon Hoi Industrial Zone (Zone A), Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, Nhon Hoi Commune, Quy Nhon City. The area covers 37,464 m². The project’s objective is to trade automobiles, motorcycles, motor vehicles, spare parts and accessories for automobiles, motorbikes and related services; business maintenance services, vehicle maintenance; trading other goods and services; renting offices, halls, accommodation service; providing vocational training.

The project activities includes buying and selling 500 vehicles/year; business maintenance services, maintenance of 1,000 vehicles/year; trading accessories, spare parts for cars, motorbikes and related services of 1,000 vehicles/year; trading other goods and services of 3,000,000 products/year; renting offices, halls, accommodation service of 25,000 m² and vocational training 1,000 students/year. Total project value is VND 130 billion.

According to the registration, the project shall go into operation by July 2024. After the investment policy is approved, Thach Cat Tien Co., Ltd. is responsible for implementing the project in accordance with its committed objectives, scale, content and schedule; also complying with the legal provisions on construction, land, environment, fire prevention and fighting, labor, business registration and relevant provisions of law during its construction.
