Tay Son district enhances investment attraction for the upcoming time

With good implementation of various solutions to improve the business investment environment, Tay Son district has been promoting attraction of businesses and investors for production and business in the locality.

One of the important solutions implemented by Tay Son district leadership is the synchronous, drastic and effective implementation of administrative reform, especially administrative procedure, increase application of information technology for administrative reform, deploy online public services and improve the efficiency of the public administration and district-level result receiving and delivering unit... In particular, the site clearance and preparation of clean land resource is sufficient to support investors during the implementation of projects. In 2021, Tay Son district was assessed as one of the top localities in the implementation of administrative reform in Binh Dinh province. The outcomes came as a result of the innovation of the authorities and agencies in the district in leadership, aiming to build a modern administration, contributing to improving the quality of public services and creating driving force for local socio-economic development.

In addition, Tay Son district has actively mobilized and used diverse resources for investment in construction, renovation and upgrading of infrastructure of industrial clusters, creating favorable conditions for enterprises to maintain and expand production and business. In 2021, Tay Son attracted 13 projects in the district's industrial clusters, ranked second, only after Quy Nhon city with 22 projects.

In the coming time, Tay Son district identifies 3 major breakthroughs: investing in building and upgrading infrastructure; enhancing more drastic reform of administrative procedures, improving the investment environment; improving the capacity of the officers to meet the assigned tasks in the new situation. The major objectives are promoting industrial development, investing in infrastructure and attracting investment in industrial clusters. Besides, Tay Son district is promoting the development of tourism and services based on the advantages of historical sites and wonderful natural scenery. High-tech agriculture is encouraged with priorities given on products with strengths such as VietGAP Thuan Nghia vegetables, high-quality beef cattle, pasture-raised chicken, peanuts, etc.

At the beginning of March 2022, Tay Son District People's Committee registered 25 priority projects calling for investment in the district in the period of 2021 – 2025, of which 6 projects are in construction and infrastructure of industrial clusters, 4 projects in production and processing, 3 projects in clean water; 12 projects in trade and services.
