Vietravel Airlines opens flight route to Quy Nhon

Vietravel Airlines has officially added more routes from Ho Chi Minh city to Quy Nhon city from January 21, 2022. The event is an important milestone marking a positive transformation after the stagnation period due to the influence of Covid 19.

Accordingly, on the afternoon of January 21, at Phu Cat International Airport, Vietravel Airlines held an opening ceremony, officially expanding its new route with flights from Ho Chi Minh city to Quy Nhon city (SGN - UIH) and vice versa. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Lam Hai Giang, Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Vu Duc Bien, General Director of Vietravel Airlines and concerned provincial agencies. On the same day, the first flight which took off from Ho Chi Minh city to Quy Nhon city landed at the airport at 13:25.

Previously, on January 9, 2021, Vietravel Airlines had the first full-service charter flight with 172 passengers on the route from Ho Chi Minh city to Quy Nhon city. It was also the first group of tourists to experience a package tour and a flight with Vietravel Airlines on the itinerary.

Vietravel Airlines is the first travel airline and opening more flights between the two cities of Ho Chi Minh city and Quy Nhon city in safe conditions and adaptation to the Covid-19 epidemic is an effective solution, meeting the travel needs of people. It shall enhance the development of tourism, contributing to economic growth, creating jobs and provide more aviation products.

In recent years, Quy Nhon - Binh Dinh has always been a popular destination for tourists with many historical sites and famous landscapes such as Ky Co, Eo Gio, Ham Ho, Ong Nui pagoda, and Tay Son relic area...

Currently, in order to increase investment, Binh Dinh province has completed the Priority List for investment for the period 2021- 2025, of which there are 12 projects in industries, 17 projects in infrastructure; 3 projects in medical field; 1 project in information technology; 56 projects in real estate, services and commerce (with auction of land use rights, bids to select investors); 5 projects in agriculture, fisheries and 17 projects in preservation and processing; 6 projects in waste water collection and treatment, 2 projects in clean water, 4 projects in energy and 9 projects in market construction and trade.
