Investment in a new stone processing factory in Long My Industrial Park

On September 20, 2021, the Provincial Economic Zone Administration issued the investment policy and approved Phu Tai Joint Stock Company to invest in Long My Granite Processing Factory.

According to the project dossier, the project shall be built on Lot CI-3, Long My Industrial Park, on an area of 30,716.7m2 with total capital of VND 50 billion. The investment objective is to produce granite stone products, with capacity of 6,000 m3 products/year. The investor registered to carry out the construction soon and put the project into operation in January 2022.

After the investment policy is approved, the investor is responsible for implementing the project in accordance with the objective, scale, content and schedule committed in the Decision on investment policy; complying with legal regulations on construction, land, environment protection, fire prevention and fighting, labor, business registration, investment registration and relevant laws during the project implementation.

Phu Tai Joint Stock Company has its head office at 278 Nguyen Thi Dinh, Nguyen Van Cu Ward, Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh Province. It is an important investor in Binh Dinh province. Currently, the company is operating business in three major areas nationwide, namely exploiting and processing paving stones, manufacturing and trading interior and exterior wooden furniture, and distributing Toyota cars. Its diverse granite products is used in domestic market and exported overseas.
